We met on some random road of twisted fate
You're driving fast in your slick red corvette
You beckoned, I hopped in even though it's late
Time moved so quickly we could easily forget.

We drove fast and the world just disappeared
Heading down the highway like a hurricane
The wind, its madness, embraced us in a silent cheer
With hearts beating wildly, it drove us insane.

But the end of the storm is about to pass
We hit the brakes as we near our destination
Without a shed of tear, I hopped out at last
No goodbyes...I never looked back in hesitation.
